Our two production sites employ about 35 people and benefit from the most advanced machinery that enables us to turn out more than 3,500 tonnes of produce per year, including raw hazelnuts, hazelnut semifinished products, creams and different kinds and qualities of nuts.
Our products are used as natural ingredients in Chocolate, Ice Cream, Sweets, Biscuits, pastries and all Confectionery Items, by industrial manufacturers as well as traditional, small firms.
The entire production chain undergoes strict quality, production and microbiological controls. As proof of this we have been awarded the most important food certifications; in fact since March 2008 we have been B.R.C., I.F.S. and ISO22000:2005 certified.
The main by-product from hazelnut processing is the shell, which we burn in place of fossil fuels to provide our heating. This enables us to create a healthier production area, which is also safer for the product.
